Meet this year's scholarship winners!
This year, GPO awarded 4 high school seniors with scholarships to help finance their college education. CUNY judged applications submitted from all over NY State and selected these local credit union member winners. Each of these individuals stood out due to their stellar academics and extracurricular activity involvement. Our winners were Corinne Becker of Oneida HS, Gregory Gonyea Jr of Dolgveville Central School, Matthew Cancilla of Clinton Central School and Sean Hyde of Westmoreland High School.
“This year’s winners not only excelled academically, but need to be commended for maintaining their involvement in extracurricular activities and supporting their community. They exemplified the ‘people helping people’ philosophy that credit unions live by each and every day.”
